Random trip to Disneyland!

Oh how I love my Man, oh how I love living where I do and oh how I love DISNEYLAND!!! Rob and I had a last minute unexpected trip to the "happiest place on earth" and it was so much fun. We did a lot of things this time that we had never done, which was nice. We had good weather, no lines and great company!

Just because...

My hubby is awesome! He had some beautiful bright flowers waiting for me when I got home! He was so cute and said "I know you like these colors", such a cutie! Thanks babe, perfect touch of spring(even if its 90 degrees out)!

My friend Kelly is just about ready to welcome her baby boy Thomas to the world! I was able to go home for her wonderful shower and it was so much fun! She looks phenomenal and is still her crazy self! It was great to see my girlfriends too!

Eating like royalty when I'm home!

My parents are both excellent cooks and I love having their homemade food! They kind of team-cook, my Mom usually cooks the main stuff and my Dad will do the sides and his specialty, PRESENTATION! It is so fun to see them together in the kitchen! Here are a few of the meals I enjoyed while home

Newport Beach!

Rob and I were fortunate enough to spend time in Newport Beach with Grandma and Grandpa Mounteer and the Stearmers! It was so much fun and so great to see them. We had a blast enjoying their timeshare and catching up with them. The kids are getting so big and we loved playing with them! Oh how we miss living by our families.

Rob and I have truly been blessed with opportunities to do such fun things together. A couple of weeks ago we were able to go see The Marine Corps Silent drill platoon and marching band, FREAKIN AMAZING! It was my first time seeing them and Rob had only seen them once in D.C. Our friends the Garza's went with us and it was there first time as well. I had such a great time that night and left there feeling even more proud to be American!

Happy Birthday to me!

I had a fantastic birthday this year! Rob had to be in Phoenix for work so we decided to make a weekend out of it. We had a blast with the Mcgraths as always, they are fantastic hosts! We went to hobby lobby, my absolute favorite, enjoyed sonic, shopped and had a fun dinner at Benihana! Matt celebrated with us too but the guy who took the picture cut him out:(
