East Coast 2013 4th of July Boating

What better way to spend the 4th of July than in our nation's capitol?! How about on a boat in our nation's capitol! It was truly the most fabulous few days on the boat with the best people. I love seeing Rob in his element. Being on the water and doing all the boat "stuff" makes him so happy and he is even happier doing it with family! We cruised the Potomac, anchored at Mt. Vernon, ate at Tim's II,  and watched three sets of firework shows from the boat! It was AMAZING and I can't wait to do it again.
 Janet is the best!
Seriously, look at his pure joy!
 Love these parents of mine!
Keith and Rob getting the boat ready!

One of my favorite pictures of us because we were having so much fun!

 Can you see Mount Vernon?
So grateful for this wonderful country. God bless the U.S.A.!

 Cheers, dudes!

We hated the feeling of the mushy ground on our feet so Rob helped my Mom out.
 Best in-laws, ever.
Love my Dad, oh so much!

 Coolest

 Getting some driving tips!

We LOVED everything about this restaurant. Check out Tim's II. You anchor your boat and then a little water taxi picks you up and drops you off at Tim's dock. Delicious and so fun!

 Sleeping on the boat!

When we woke up it was time to celebrate Keith's big birthday!

This place is enough to turn this west coast girl into an east coaster...
