Phil's Fish Market in Moss Landing, CA is where we get all our seafood for the night from. It is always fun to take a little drive over there and pick out all the fresh fish and seafood we want that night. Rob and my Dad decided to try out some oysters too. My Dad loves oysters but not too sure what Rob's decision was! Something neat we just found out was that PHIL, the owner was featured on food networks THROWDOWN with BOBBY FLAY and MIKE ROWE from DIRTY JOBS did an episode there too! Pretty neat for the little fish market in Moss Landing!!!

The preparation begins and we mentally start telling our bodies to get ready for a feast. Dad always does the CLAMS and MUSSELS with a yummy lemon butter sauce over it. He also boils the CRAB, so so good! Then of course we have tons and tons and tons of SHRIMP! The last couple of years Rob has helped my Pops and I hope he has been learning some tricks!
