The fourth of July

Soooooo much fun!Oh my goodness, I loved every minute of 4th of July in Utah! It was packed with parades, fireworks, food, friends and most importantly RED, WHITE and BLUE everywhere. I love how patriotic a lot of people are in Utah, nice to see. Rob and I got up early and went to Provo to see hot air balloons! Then we managed to get a great spot for the parade. I was like a little kid watching the parade. I loved all the floats, people, balloons and freebies! After the parade we walked through all the booths and looked at things and bought yummy Texas lemonade! We also met up with Parker that day, which was a nice reunion. That afternoon Rob and I went and watched the BYU men's soccer team play followed by the Stadium of Fire fireworks. Sadly I got sick during fireworks and we had to leave early....but all in all, GREAT 4TH!
Waiting for the parade, again my hubby sportin his colors!

America Day!

My handsome hubby was able to fly out for the holiday and it was awesome! We celebrated the 4th a day early with Jim and Danielle because they were leaving for their cruise that night. We had a great time grillin and chillin in the canyon. Ok, I know that was a cheesy saying! We had a ton of yummy food, laughed, talked, played and did sparklers. It was so fun and a good way to take advantage of Utah's beautiful canyons!
Poor Danielle, Jim spilled her punch :(
The grillin was too much for me!!!
So Rob stepped in!

They had too much fun....
I love him! He sported the patriotic colors all by himself!

Finished the night @ home with our drinks to match!

Kristen and Megan's visit

Kristen and Megan came out to Utah for Jim's wedding even though Jimmy couldn't make it, such good friends! We took them to bridal veil falls because Megan had never been. We of course had to stop over at Kneader's as well! We spent some time at Sundance and Thanksgiving point too looking for the "high school musical" cast but were unsuccessful:( Good times guys!

Bridal Veil Falls!

Danielle had just moved to Utah and still wasn't too sure if she liked it yet. I wanted to show her some great things Utah has to offer before I moved and before her and Jim got married. We decided to go hike the falls and it didn't disappoint! Jim and I also decided to go in the actual fall and Jim "touched the wall"! All in all it was a successful trip!
After we got soaked!

Father's Day and Willi's birthday

Here are just a few fun pictures from father's day and my brother's birthday. We had a ton of fun turning the kids bike trailer into a fun ride! I wish Rob could have been there because we really had so much fun! I love going home and spending time with family:)

A day with my T.D.!

I got to spend the day with my favorite little man! Trevor is getting so big and it still trips me out. I hate living so far away from him now but love when I get to see him when I go home. We spent the day swimming, watching a movie and going to ice cream. I had a blast with him and love my T.D.!

The City!!!!

One of my besties and I went to San Francisco for the day when I was home in June. Val and I had a blast and literally enjoyed a jam packed day. We ate at Lori's Diner, had Ben & Jerry's ice cream, enjoyed Ghiradelli square, went to the wax museum, tried on a ton of hats, rode a tandem bike across the city, stocked up on candy and had a freakin awesome day!
Yummy yummy!
